DESCRIPTION:F3 brothers\,  \nAs gauntlet draws near\, the theme of this years festivities has been revealed! I’m excited to share with you the idea behind the 2019 gauntlet: \nHAMMER DOWN 🔨 \nThe theme will be present in 3 areas: \n1- Our physical condition.  \nHammer down  🔨 and put in the work!  The gauntlet is known for its test on the body\, and 10 days of AMRAP’s will sure do it! The idea is Common in sports arenas. Work hard\, give it your all\, fight the good fight\, leave no doubt!  \n2-Our earthly homes.  \nTake two weeks to shore up the foundations of your home. Hammer down 🔨 on being a present dad and an intentional husband or friend. With this idea we suggest  radio silence for duration of gauntlet during evening hours. Put the phone done and engage at home. Make home matter. \n3- Our eternal home.  \nHammer down 🔨 on the spiritual side of life for the event\, and after as well. Yes\, we should get our physical bodies into shape but we ought not to neglect our eternal state as well. Commit to a 2 week daily devotion personally and feed your spiritual body as well. First things first. Priority 1!  \nHammer down in any or all of these areas\, and there will surely be benefits and positives to our efforts.  \nAnd of course… let’s not forget… \nThe finishers token will command attention amidst its rivals on your trophy shelf!  \n  \n All events will run from 5-5:45 to best accommodate the work schedules of traveling PAX.  \n**Cross Ruck will begin at 0430** \nGauntlet will run from April 8th- Good Friday April 19th.
