Gauntlet is back! \nThis year will be one of YHC’s favorite Gauntlets as it will feature some new additions that are eager to prove their merit and valor in the completion of one of F3’s most challenging events! \nMaybe you’ve wanted to travel around F3 Lexington to see some fellow PAX or venture to a new AO\, we’ll nows the chance! But wait there’s more!  \n11 AMRAP style boot camps have been selected to bring you the most intense experience in endurance! \nNew for Gauntlet 2020 \nBeechhouse: Not your average trip to the beach I assure you! The newest Lexington AO PAX have crafted a workout that will test each participant to the max! Get ready to ride The Tidal Wave!  \nJumanji: One of the best kept secrets in Lexington rises to the challenge and is ready to go toe to toe with the veteran Gauntlet participants. Prepare to tackle The Jungle Gym!  \nFuel: You’ve heard the rumors and whispers of this gnarly Wednesday AO cranking out beasts and flying under the radar. Suspicions confirmed! The first relay style AMRAP makes a speedy entrance into Gauntlet 2020 with FUEL The Relay addition! \nUrban Legend: Heralded as the only  Friday bootcamp style workout in F3 Lexington\, this AO is prepared to fill downtown Lexington with one of the most legendary AMRAP’s!
