DESCRIPTION:F3 Columbia will celebrate 10 years of existence on 10-08-22 and we would love for you to join us at the AO where it all started\, BrickPile! We will have all three Fs present at this event\, 0400 CSAUP Ruck led by Fallout\, 0630 start for run route led by Tube Socks\, 0700 for the main event led by various Qs. 2nd F with smoked butts provided by Fenway\, various beverages\, coffee\, water\, Gatorade by Bayou and Mud Dawg and 3rd F to follow led by Bayou. Aye! \nParking Details are as follows: \n \n\nShow up early and park in the parking lot to the left of Dreher HS on Millwood Avenue.\nPark in the back part of the lot so we can have the front for fellowship\, exercise\, COT and BOM.\nBring a tailgating chair.\n\n0400 Pre-Ruck Details \nF3 Columbia 10-yr Ruck!\nYour CSAUP before the 10-yr Convergence is here!! The ruck officially starts 0400 at Dreher High School\, and will total to 9.2 miles\, finishing with a little rest before the official anniversary beatdown. \nFor those of you too scared to be there at the 0400 start\, you have options to jump on at 0500 and 0600 from Dreher.  \nThe 0400 loop is 3.4 mi. \nThe 0500 loop is 3.3 mi. \nThe 0600 loop is 2.5 mi. \nCome push yourself to do something completely stupid and utterly pointless with me on October 8th!! -Fallout \nTotal route: \n \n0400 Loop (Daly-Butler-Glenwood-Stratford-Cambridge-Woodrow-Bratton-Shirley-Millwood) \n \n0500 Loop (Adger-Tanaka-Linwood-Belmont-Kilbourne-Deveraux-Poinsettia-Cassina-Heathwood-Deveraux-Heathwood-Elizabeth-Devine) \n \n0600 Loop (Bellwood-Devine-King-Duncan-Woodrow-Wheat-Chatham-Bellwood) \n \n10 Year 10 mi Run Route hosted by The Wall.
