YHC volunteered on Tuesday to fill in for Gaston this morning.  After a long day on the lake, I knew this was the best way for me to not fartsack.  Thank you all who got up this morning to get better.  I know it was not easy.

The Thang:

Disclaimer…followed by a 0.9 mile Indian Run around Forest Acres to the Sachel Ford playground.  This run was done at a crisp pace.

Round 1: 50 pull-ups, 100 merkins and 100 baseball catcher squats.  The totals were completed as a team. Flutter kicks while waiting on the pax.

Round 2: Teams complete 30 box jumps, 26 Bulgarian squats, 24 wide arm merkins. 6 inches while waiting on the pax.

Mosey over to the wall for chicken peckers, 15 IC followed by a 2 minutes wall sit (crowd pleaser).  YHC is beginning to think the pax do not enjoy chicken peckers.

Mosey over to bus loop and partner up.

Wheel barrel walk with your partner for 10 steps.  At end of 10 steps, partner holding legs does 10 curls.  Partner with hands on the ground does 10 merkins.  Switch up.  This was done for about 50 yards with each pax doing about 4 or 5 legs.

At the end of the bus loop do a burpee suicide.  2 burpees at the starting point and two burpees at the line.  There were 5 stops for a total of 20 burpees.  Big boy sit ups while waiting on the pax.

Bear crawl to the first cross walk, crap walk to the second cross walk and run back to the COT.

With one minute remaining the pax did air chair.

July 21 – Hammer is visiting Mission at Finlay Park (8:30 am).  Please try to attend.  If you haven’t done the mission before it is very powerful.

The Goliath is August 25th at Shandon Baptist.  Training session are every other Thursday at 6:30 pm at Shandon.  30 minute workout and 30 minute devotional.  Next one is July 12th.
