10 PAX emerged from the #Fartsack on this Wednesday in search of a way to #GetBetter. With conditions steamy in the #Gloom, YHC wanted to push the limits of these former #SadClowns of #TheCastle. It was an honor to lead these #MinivanCenturions who left it all at on the pavement of the streets of Kings Grant this morning as they each were ready willing and able to #PushTheRock.
Conditions – 70 something degrees and balmly (Perfect Burpee Weather)

- The third round of Hell on Huspah was a success. 3.1 miles of running, plenty of perfect merkins, and just the right amount of abdominal and leg work to go and #FightTheFlux.
- T-Claps to Katniss who got in 5 Laps of Hell on Huspah. We all know it’s a matter of time before he gets 6.
- Great to meet Escrow, who is new to the Gloom. Keep posting brother.
