Simple But Effective

5 PAX converged at Battle to #getbetter on a Saturday morning. Even though the workout was fairly straightforward, it was still a very effective full-body beatdown.

Conditions: 60 degrees, very pleasant

The Thang:
RA-
Grab pavers and mosey to football field. Line up on goal line. 10 merkin rows, 15 bottom burpees, 20 squats, 25 shoulder presses (modify to curls as needed), bear crawl 10 yards and repeat. Make your way down the field until time is called. Most PAX made it to about the 30 yard line before switching.

Garnish-
Put pavers away and circle up for 10 burpees, 10 lunges each leg, 10 imperial walkers each leg, 10 merkins, 10 plank jacks. Mosey towards Belmont with a pit stop at Sato for another round of BLIMP. At Belmont, run the hill from the bottom to the intersection of Parkman, completing a BBS later from 10 down to 1. Head back to the AO with another round of BLIMP at Sato. One last round of BLIMP at the flag before time was called.
