The Thang:
Warmup – 20 side straddle hops, 20 imperial walkers, 40 arm circles (forward, backward, overhead clap and press), and 20 Windmills, all in cadence; 20 squats OYO.
Mosey to the brickpile to collect cinderblocks. Headed out into the neighborhood: pause for 20 ‘mericans on the block, move on for 2 minutes. Pause for 20 lunges with the block, move on for 2 minutes. Pause for 20 squat-press with the block, move on for two minutes. Rinse and repeat as we progress through the neighborhood.
Pause at the lower playground – 3 sets of 5 pull ups and 25 LBCs
Recover blocks and resume march with 2 minutes intervals for exercise.
Return blocks to cage and lined up shoulder to shoulder for “shield lock sit ups – completed 5.
