The Thang
Hew Haw stepped in for Billy Bob and decided to take the PAX to the Battle Loop
Partner up and perform 200 pull-ups, 200 heel-tap crunches, and 50 tire push across the sand pit. After the first round Hew Haw only let the 3-man group do the heel-tap crunches. This was all bad but especially the tire push, there is no way to cheat that exercise. Your legs will burn, your back will ache, and then you have to turn around and push it all the way back to where you started.
Pass the Q to Collar
Leave the Battle Loop and grab the bricks on the way to the football field.

1st corner – 20 curls
2nd corner – 20 curls, 30 overhead press
3rd corner – 20 curls, 30 overhead press, 40 triceps extensions
4th corner – 20 curls, 30 overhead press, 40 triceps extensions, 50 flys
Round 2
1st corner – 20 squats
2nd corner – 20 squats, 30 monkey humpers
3rd corner – 20 squats, 30 monkey humpers, 40 mountain climbers
4th corner – 20 squats, 30 monkey humpers, 40 mountain climbers, 50 lunges
Round 3
1st corner – 20 BBS
2nd corner – 20 BBS, 30 V-ups
3rd corner – 20 BBS, 30 V-ups, 40 Iron Cross
4th corner – 20 BBS, 30 V-ups, 40 Iron Cross, 50 Flutter Kicks
