Tis the Season for Jesus’ birth. We celebrate that and give it the utmost respect. At F3 Camden, we like to celebrate a few other things for the season as well. I tried to combine all of those into one workout: 12 Days of Christmas, Church Tour, and a good ladder routine just for fun! I offered the PAX the gift of retrieving Blocks for them (except Neon) and I prepared a playlist of some classic, reverent and irreverent songs. I really pushed the limits of “if you can’t do it, don’t Q it.” Thanks to the PAX for pushing me back!
